Where we are so far

Since the 14th September 2003, we have:

• Started the formation of the Trust for Coastal Safety and charity status through Haynes Robinson

• Surveyed 500 people on coastal safety and community perception, collated data and responded to 170 near miss stories through Injury Prevention Unit and Job Futures

• Drawn up new coastal safety and near miss survey forms

• Initiated formal letterhead for Trust

• Designed float canister, floats and electronic sentry

• Worked on coastal safety web site

• Supported Telstra tower on Vancouver Peninsula
